I am glad to give you a very positive review of my experience with RiverCity. I do not post anything on Social Media but want you to know the service I received from Tom Jones and Dana and Phoenix was excellent. I shopped several places before deciding to do business with River City . As you probably know your pricing is competitive and in line With most reputable flooring places. The deciding factor for me Was Tom Jones. I like the way he conducts business.. he answered all my questions and was genuine in trying to help me make an informed decision without being “ high pressured” to make a sale. He was someone I felt comfortable with to give my business. Other places were more interested in just making a quick sale than in providing good information. Tom was excellent with his follow up email to me to see if he could answer anymore questions .. in other words he did everything just right at the right time! Tom was the only sales person from all the places I shopped who followed up with me. I notice service like that and that is the way I like to be treated as a customer. I also want to compliment your subcontractor, Phoenix. I was so impressed with their professionalism.. they were Such nice young men and while doing s great job were very respectful of my furniture and cleanliness while working in my home. I have referred them to some friends who need remodeling services. I rarely write such a long review but felt you should know you truly have your customer service performing at a high level. It separates you from your competition. I sincerely hope my review is helpful feed back for you.
