Arrived on time and did a good job on the installation. Got bids from 2 other companies and River City had the best bid.

River City Flooring did a great job with our bedroom flooring, so I tried them again when we wanted new flooring for the family and dining room. Everything looks amazing and the entire crew was just wonderful. Tom Jones was our representative and he gave us excellent service. He sat with us when we first went in and gave us several options, along with samples we could take home and compare. We made the best choice for us and he was able to get everything we wanted. He checked in with us regularly, and even visited during the project, and after the work was completed. One thing I noticed was the respect he had for the crew, and vice-versa. They actually lit up when he checked in on them. He made it all harmless and smooth – that’s exactly what we wanted! The value is great, the work was flawless, and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic Experience!

When they said almost dust-free, I was skeptical.. but they were correct. I was amazing how little dust was associated with the sanding and refinishing of my hardwood floors. It was a VERY pleasant experience, and I highly recommend RiverCity!!

Exceptionally good job done by Walt and his partner. They were real professionals. They moved all my furniture with great care and moved it back in place before leaving. The floors are layed perfectly.

Excellent installation skills and good sales staff.

Jeremy had great skill in laying and shaping our new hardwood flooring. We have a curved hearth fireplace and he matched the wood and shaped it perfectly. The crew worked and patiently.
We are pleased with the whole process from sales through installation. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the work that was done on our old oak floors.

They replaced about 200sqft of flooring, sanded everything and blended it in and then refinished. It looks amazing. The job came in on time and on budget. Again…good work.

I love my new floors! I am so glad I’m chose River City Flooring. I had the whole first floor of my house refloored with correct plus. The whole experience was very positive from the sales process to the installation. The installation crew were very professional and efficient. They removed all the old carpets, pulled up old tile and installed the new flooring. They were always prompt, cleaned up their mess at the end of each day, and did a beautiful job with installation! I would wholeheartedly recommend Rive City Flooring.
